Prototype

US version

Hunt down the people who made you, in a New York under lockdown Prototype (2009) puts you in the body of Alex Mercer, who wakes on a morgue table with no memory and the power to reshape his own body. As a virus spreads through Manhattan and the military seals off the city, you hunt your way to the heart of the conspiracy that created you, and make those responsible pay. Turn your arms into claws, blades, a hammerfist or a whip, or harden into armour. Run up skyscrapers and glide between rooftops across an open-world city. Consume anyone to take their shape and their memories: disguise yourself as a soldier to slip past the army, then take over their tanks and helicopters.
