Before you buy

Find what you want

  • Shop — the home page: what just landed and what is featured.
  • All products — everything, with filters for platform, condition and price.
  • Pre-owned — second-hand games, each one graded.
  • CD Keys — PC game keys, filtered by the store they activate on.

Read the badge on the product page

  • Sealed — brand new, factory seal intact.
  • Open box — new and unplayed, but the seal has been opened. Never sold as sealed.
  • Pre-owned — second hand, played through by us before it is listed, with one of three grades:
    • Mint: Opened and played once or twice. No marks we can find.
    • Very good: Disc reads clean. Light shelf wear on the case or sleeve.
    • Good: Plays right through. Visible scuffs, and we priced it that way.
  • Pre-order — not out yet; you reserve your copy now.
  • Digital key — a code you activate on a PC store such as Steam. Nothing is posted.

Do I need an account?

No — you can check out as a guest, keys and pre-orders included. For a key or a pre-order you type your email at checkout: a key is emailed there the moment you pay, and we email you when a pre-order arrives. An account keeps your orders and addresses in one place, shows your keys on their order page, and lets you save games for later with the heart. Cash on delivery needs one.

Not sure? Ask first.

Every product page has Messenger and LINE buttons that open a chat with us. A real person in Bangkok answers, usually within the hour — about condition, region, whether a key suits your PC, anything.

Step by step

Buying a disc, game card or gear

  1. Press Add on the product page

It goes into your bag. Keep shopping, or open the bag from the top bar (the bottom bar on a phone).

  2. Check your bag

Only the ticked items go to checkout, so you can leave something in the bag for later. Then press Checkout.

  3. Fill in where it goes

Name and mobile number (the courier calls it on delivery), then your address: house number and street, building or room if there is one, and pick your province, district and subdistrict from the lists — the postcode fills itself in. Signed in? Pick a saved address instead.

  4. Choose when we send it

As soon as possible posts it within 1–2 working days. Not home this week? Hold it until a date and we post it on the day you pick.

  5. Got a coupon? Add it now

Type it into Coupon code and press Apply. The total updates straight away.

  6. Press Pay ฿… with PromptPay

A PromptPay QR code appears on your order page.

  7. Scan the QR within 15 minutes

Open any Thai banking app, scan the code, check the amount, and confirm. Your items are held for you for those 15 minutes.

Paying on the same phone? Press Save QR image, then open your banking app’s scanner and pick the picture from your gallery.

  8. Wait for “Paid. Thank you!”

Keep the page open — it changes by itself the moment your bank confirms, usually within seconds. Save or bookmark this page: it is the record of your order.

  9. We pack and post it

Within 1–2 working days, from Bangkok. Shipping is ฿50 for one item and free for two or more in the same order. A console is ฿200, packed with extra protection, and anything ordered with it ships free. When it leaves, the tracking number and the courier’s updates appear on your order page.

Not out yet

Pre-orders

  • You need to be signed in, and a pre-order checks out on its own — untick everything else in your bag first.
  • Depending on the game, you either pay in full today and we post it the day it reaches Bangkok, or pay a deposit today and the rest when it arrives.
  • With a deposit, we email you when it lands, and you have the number of days shown on the product page to pay the balance (plus shipping) from your order page. Miss that and the order is cancelled and the deposit is kept. If we cannot deliver, you get everything back. Checkout asks you to tick that you understand before you pay.

Complete beginner's guide

Buying and activating a Steam key

What is a key?

A game key (also called a CD key or product code) is a code like ABCDE-FGHIJ-KLMNO. You type it into Steam once, and the game is added to your Steam account for good — the same as if you had bought it in the Steam store. Then you download it and play. Nothing is posted.

Before you buy: check three things

  1. You have a Steam account and the Steam app

No account yet? Make one free at store.steampowered.com/join, then install Steam on your computer from store.steampowered.com/about.

  2. The product page says “Redeems on: Steam”

Each key works on one store only. A key for Ubisoft Connect or the EA app does not activate on Steam — those are explained further down.

  3. Your computer can run it

Look the game up on the Steam store and scroll to System Requirements. Is it extra content (DLC)? Then you need the main game on the same account too.

Buy the key

  1. Press Add, then Checkout in your bag

There is no address to fill in and no shipping fee — nothing is posted.

  2. Pay with the PromptPay QR

The same as any order: scan within 15 minutes with your banking app.

Get your key

  1. Check your email — or your order page if you're signed in

Bought as a guest? The key is emailed to the address you typed, the moment the payment lands. Signed in? Find Your keys on your order page. If it says Preparing your key, wait a moment — it fills itself in.

  2. Press Reveal key, then Copy

The key is copied, ready to paste into Steam.

Keep your key to yourself

Anyone who sees a key can use it, and once it is activated it cannot be moved to another account. Do not post it, screenshot it for others, or share your screen with it showing. A revealed key counts as delivered, so reveal it when you are ready to activate.

Activate it in the Steam app (computer)

  1. Open Steam and sign in

Make sure it is your account — the game stays on whichever account you activate it on.

  2. Open the Games menu

In the menu bar at the very top of the Steam window, choose GamesActivate a Product on Steam…

Can’t see it? In your Library, press + Add a Game at the bottom left and choose Activate a Product on Steam….

  3. Press Next, then I Agree

That accepts the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

  4. Paste your key and press Next

Paste with Ctrl + V (⌘ + V on a Mac). The dashes are fine either way. Pasting is safer than typing: 0 and O, or 1 and I, are easy to mix up.

  5. Install and play

Steam shows the game’s name and adds it to your Library. Press Install, wait for the download, then Play. That’s it — it is yours.

No computer to hand? Activate in a browser

You can activate from your phone and install later. Go to store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey, sign in, paste the key, tick the box to agree to the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and press Continue. The game is on your account the next time you open Steam on your computer.

If Steam shows an error

“Invalid Product Code”
Usually a character is wrong. Copy the key again with the Copy button and paste it rather than typing. Still failing? Message us on LINE with your order number.
“Duplicate Product Code” or “already activated”
Do not try again. Message us on LINE with your order number and a screenshot of the error (the error, not the key), and we will sort it out.
You already own this game
Steam tells you, and the key is not used up. Message us before doing anything else.
“Too many activation attempts”
Steam pauses activation for an hour or so after several wrong tries. Wait, then paste the key once more.
Something about region
The keys we sell activate in Thailand. If you are travelling or using a VPN, activate from home with the VPN off. If it still refuses, message us.

Not Steam?

Activating on other stores

The product page’s Redeems on line tells you which store a key is for. Buying and getting the key work exactly as above; only the place you paste it changes. Each key’s page has its store’s full steps under How to use this key, from making the account to playing.

  • Epic Games — sign in at store.epicgames.com/redeem, paste the code, press Redeem. The game appears in the Epic Games Launcher library.
  • Ubisoft Connect — in the Ubisoft Connect app, open the menu (top left) and choose Activate a key (some versions say Activate product).
  • EA app — click your profile name (top right) and choose Redeem code.
  • Rockstar — in the Rockstar Games Launcher, click your avatar (top right), Redeem Code, then Check and Redeem.
  • GOG — sign in at gog.com/redeem.
  • Microsoft Store — sign in at redeem.microsoft.com.
  • Battle.net, Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store — look for Redeem code in your account menu.
Stores move their menus around. If a step here does not match what you see, message us on LINE and we will walk you through it.

Software

Activating a Windows key

A Windows key is bought and delivered like a game key — emailed to you, or shown on your order page if you’re signed in, the moment you pay — but it activates inside Windows itself, not in a store.

  1. Connect the PC to the internet

  2. Open the Activation page

    SettingsSystemActivation

  3. Enter the key

Next to Change product key, press Change, paste the key, press Next, then Activate.

The key must match the edition installed: a Windows 11 Home key activates Windows 11 Home, not Pro. An OEM key belongs to the first PC it activates and does not move to another one. Stuck? Message us on LINE.

PromptPay

Payment questions

Which banks work?
Any Thai banking app that scans PromptPay QR codes.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, for anything we post. Pick Cash on delivery at checkout: there is no QR, and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. It adds a service fee of 2.5% of the item prices, rounded up to the baht — a ฿1,990 game comes to ฿2,040. Keys and pre-orders are paid by PromptPay only.
The 15 minutes ran out before I paid
The order lapses and nothing is charged; your items go back on the shelf. Put them in your bag and check out again for a fresh QR.
I paid, but the page still says it is waiting
Give it a minute and refresh. If it still has not changed, message us on LINE with your order number (it starts with SQ-). Please do not pay a second time.
My coupon covers the whole order
Then there is nothing to scan — the button says Place order — free.
Do you see my bank details?
No. The payment goes through our payment provider, Beam. We only learn that the order was paid, and when.

Done

After you buy

  • Finding your order again. Signed in: it is on your account page. As a guest, the order page link is the only way back, so bookmark it or keep the tab.
  • Tracking. Your order page shows each step — paid, packed, on its way, delivered — and the courier’s own updates. Signed-in buyers also get the tracking number by email.
  • Something wrong? Message us on LINE with your order number and we will put it right.
  • Leave a review. Once it arrives, your order page asks how it was. It helps the next person decide.
